David Gray (American), “Maple Leaf.” You can find a series of videos of David making this painting. Titanium white, burnt sienna and ivory black, if I remember correctly. I may be wrong, but it looks that way to me. Basic warms and cools, with strong drawing. All the more beautiful in its simplicity.
